Pre-Enrollment Checklist

We are so excited that you are considering Apostolic Bible Institute! Before you begin the application process, here are four things to do first:

  1. Talk with your pastor. Let him know you’re considering ABI in your future. Does he give his support?
  2. Talk with your parents or legal guardian. Discuss the possibility of attending school here. Do they give their consent?
  3. Have a conversation with the admissions director (651-248-3359). Do you have all the information you need before enrolling?
  4. Review ABI’s Personal Conduct Covenant. Do you agree to these guidelines?

Transcripts

HIGH SCHOOL – Request an official transcript to be sent directly to the Admissions Office. A high school transcript request form can be downloaded here. GED students, request an official copy of your GED results and your high school records be sent directly to the Admissions Office.

COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT – (if applicable) Request an official transcript from each institution you have attended to be sent directly to the Admissions Office. A college transcript request can be downloaded here. Transfer students: High school records and ACT or SAT scores must be provided if you have attended fewer than twelve semester hours at another college or university with a minimum cumulative 2.000 GPA. Only college transcripts on file at ABI before a class begins will be considered for transferring courses.

Pastor Recommendation

Once you fill out the Personal Information Form (Step 1) and the Enrollment Application (Step 2), contact your pastor to fill out the recommendation form on your behalf (link). This is a requirement for all applicants and will complete your enrollment process. Ordinarily, two to three weeks after all application materials are completed, the Admissions Office will notify you concerning your admission status.
